By accessing benediction.site or using Benediction services, you agree to these terms.

Service

Benediction provides edge delivery, developer tooling, and related infrastructure on a commercially reasonable basis. Features and limits may vary by plan.

Acceptable use

• Do not abuse the platform for unlawful activity, network attacks, or distribution of malware.
• Do not attempt to probe, scan, or disrupt systems outside of authorized security research.
• Respect rate limits, quotas, and third-party rights including intellectual property.

Accounts

You are responsible for credentials issued to your organization and for activity under your account.

Billing

Usage on paid plans is billed in advance or on a monthly cycle as shown in the dashboard. Overage is billed at the rates published on the pricing page. Unused paid capacity does not carry over unless stated otherwise.

Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Benediction is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement for convenience with 30 days' written notice. On termination, we return your zone configuration and data in a standard export format.
